I audited about half this class. Great survey of the field, and Hanemann is The Man in the topic, at least in the western US. But his lecture style is veeerrry dry, and the readings and problem sets are very dry. Not sure what grading is like. Good informaation and training, especially if you're going to focus in water and/or econ, but not something to take for fun.
